Big sturdy board with good grip and large handle. I'm 6'7, 250 and find that this board is big enough for heavier beginners with a higher center of gravity. Would also suit other levels as I have smaller, more nimble friends that have travelled longer distances on this board. Maybe not the niftiest SUP to carve up the surf, but very stable for a recreational paddle at the beach/on a lake.
I have ratchet strapped this to a Honda CRV (SUV) and also used soft removable pads with straps to secure the board.
